RECRUIT TO GOLD STAR GENERAL is earned in citadel…… I did this to give people an opportunely to learn and appreciate the benefits of skilling there.


ADMIN is the avatar rank…..I think everyone should be able to take one out…so this rank is usually earned by all..


ORGANISER is the recruiting rank….


　

THE RANKS ABOVE THIS….are chosen using a lot of factors….


1. Length of time in Rebels


2. Attendance


3. Use of Citadel


4. C C Friendly and helpfulness to others


5. This is perhaps the most important consideration Maturity and Temperament

Did you change some ranks rights?
I can't level up clan members anymore as a silver recruit rank????? and some other things?

IF "everyone" can get avatar we need to enforce knowledge about send home to many lost avatars =\

I like the change overall....

Daag Unfortunately there doesn't seem anyway to call an Avatar Home once someone has not dismissed it...
Which is why it is very important to dismiss it correctly..it is a trust system.
However since there have been disputs about the avatar lately I have made 2 Avatar monitors Calibra & Nalavara if others are in needed in other timezones I will appoint them...

Also for some strange reason odd things happen in permissions in Citadel and rankings after an update......if I am not on when this happens mentions to Hoogan he will be able to amend it for you....
